Grady Liu

Grady is the Principal and Founder of Apartment Depot. Grady has over 30 years of real estate experience with an emphasis on value add multifamily. Grady began his career in development where he spent 7 years developing industrial tilt up projects in San Gabriel Valley and the inland empire. After the GFC, Grady transitioned into value add multifamily. Since then, Grady has built a portfolio of over 3,000 units in Southern California. Grady is also a licensed broker, certified property manager and licensed class B contractor.

Grady has a MBA from Golden Gate University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from Cal State Fullerton.

Principal / Founder

Albert Xu

Albert is a Principal at Apartment Depot. Albert has over 10 years of real estate experience with an emphasis on value add multifamily. Albert began his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking Group, where he worked on various Mergers and Acquisitions and Equity and Debt Offerings. Prior to LLG Investments Inc., Albert worked at GIC Ltd. under their Real Estate Private Equity team, where he invested across a wide range of sectors and across the capital stack. Since joining LLG Investments Inc., Albert has built a portfolio of 1,000 units primarily concentrated in Phoenix, Arizona.

Jared Leung

Jared began his career working under Grady Liu in 2014. Since then, Jared has closely assisted Grady in the aggregation of Grady’s 3,000-unit portfolio in Southern California. Jared has over 8 years of real estate experience including, retail and industrial, with an emphasis on the acquisition and management of value add multifamily.

Jared holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Cal State University of Long Beach.

Jeffrey Liu

Jeffrey is covering multifamily markets acquisition across the US at Apartment Depot. Jeffrey began his career at Fairfield Residential where he worked on acquisitions with a specific focus on Sun Belt markets. Prior to Fairfield, he worked for Link Logistics, Blackstone’s US industrial platform, on their Asset Management and Investments team in Irvine to analysis, research and underwriting industrial deals throughout California and Sunbelt states.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
